Celebrate one of New York City’s most historic and iconic neighborhoods as New York City Urban Adventures unveils its latest tour: the LGBTQ History, Neighborhood and Pub Tour of Greenwich Village. From the Stonewall National Monument, Cherry Lane and the Oscar Wilde Bookshop to the iconic gay bars of Christopher Street, you’ll drink in the history of the birthplace of the LGBTQ civil rights movement.
Launched to coincide with the 50th Anniversary of the Stonewall Uprising, NYCUA’s LGBTQ History, Neighborhood and Pub Tour of Greenwich Village will offer up a three-hour walking tour of one of the oldest neighborhoods in NYC. Urban Adventures is the first mainstream tour company to operate a daily LGBTQ themed tour in NYC. Each tour is led by a guide that identifies as LGBTQ.
