Hotel Willa (Taos, New Mexico): Debuting in Q1 2025, Hotel Willa is located at the gateway to the Downtown Taos Historic District, overlooking the Couse pasture and Sangre de Cristo Mountains. Initially constructed in the 1960s, the former motel has been beautifully reimagined as an ode to the awe-inspiring scenes of Taos, with a contemporary take on traditional Southwestern style and adobe design, featuring 51 rooms with rich terracotta walls adorned with local art, complemented by the use of warm colors and arched doorways. Guests can unwind at Hotel Willa’s pool, hot tub and wellness facilities, partake in storytelling by the fire pits, enjoy the community’s dark sky heritage via the stargazing deck, or indulge in fresh fare at Juliette – Hotel Willa’s forthcoming restaurant and bar debuting in collaboration with locally based SIEMPRE Design, led by renowned husband and wife duo Chef Johnny Ortiz-Concha and Maida Branch, serving as a true gathering space for the community and visitors alike, centered around sourcing local ingredients and seasonally driven produce from its on-site edible garden. Hotel Lucile (Silver Lake, Calif.): Opening in Q1 2025, Hotel Lucile is housed in a reimagined 1931 church at the intersection of Griffith Boulevard and Lucile Avenue in Los Angeles’ eclectic Silver Lake neighborhood. Located in the heart of the architecturally significant city center, Hotel Lucile will offer 25 guest rooms and a unique blend of history and modern amenities, featuring an spirited restaurant and bar set within the building’s main chapel, adorned by high ceilings and original stained-glass windows; a sun-soaked pool; and a lively rooftop lounge with stunning city views. Hotel Marina Riviera (Big Bear, Calif.): Set to re-debut in Q1 2025 in the midst of ski season, Hotel Marina Riviera is nestled on the edge of Big Bear Lake, surrounded by the San Bernardino mountains' ski slopes and national forest trails. Originally built in 1968, the newly restored Viking lodge-inspired hotel preserves its 1960s charm while embracing the area’s natural beauty. Evoking the warmth and coziness of a classic ski lodge, the 42 guest rooms feature nature-inspired art and lake views, while six two-bedroom cabins offer space for the whole family, complete with full kitchens and gas fireplaces.
