Cooking Together: Sharing Culture through Food (Sept 12) – Guided by Jodi Gammad and Co+Kitchen instructor Yuka, participants will collaborate in preparing this flavorful dish, beginning with an introduction to its cultural significance. This event is more than just a cooking class—it's an opportunity to build inclusive environments and celebrate the diversity within our community.
Loud & Proud Drag Show - Presented by BLAKE (Sept 12) – Experience an evening of glitz, glamour, and fierce performances by The Cabaret Company’s most captivating drag artists. This event promises high-energy lip-syncs, jaw-dropping costumes, and unforgettable moments that celebrate the spirit of pride in all its diversity.
Project A Pride Artist Pop-Up (Sept 13) – Support your local queer artists by shopping local at the Project A pop-up booth located in downtown Canmore. Each day will feature new artists/makers!
Queer Yoga: Celebrating Connection (Sept 14) – This is a beginner-friendly, all-level yoga practice focused on the Eight Limbs of Yoga, including invitational breathwork, mindfulness, meditation, and gentle movement. This trauma-informed session is open to 2SLGBTQIA+ individuals and their friends.
Cowboy Disco Karaoke! (Sept 14) – Yeehaw and glitter up, y'all! Get ready to sparkle and shine at our epic Pride Karaoke extravaganza where cowboy charm meets dazzling pride.
