Fall in Love with Park City, Utah

What’s better than fall in the mountains? In Park City, there are several signature fall events to enjoy – outside of exploring the foliage by hiking, biking, horseback riding, or fly fishing. Beginning in September, the Park City Song Summit, a multi-day music and wellness event featuring intimate conversations with artists and lively musical performances, will take place from September 7-9th. The Song Summit offers music enthusiasts a unique way to tap into artist’s careers and their songwriting processes. The Deer Valley Mountain Beer Festival will take place at Deer Valley’s Silver Lake Village on September 16th and 17th. This one-of-a-kind beer festival includes scenic chairlift access throughout the resort, outdoor dining, live music, family-friendly activities, and the ability to sip and sample brews from over a dozen Utah breweries. The Park Silly Sunday Market will finish its 17th season with the remaining Sunday markets through the month of September, concluding on Sunday, September 24th.

In October, the Park City Wine Festival will take place from October 5-7th. Experience a showcase of wines from around the world, with 100+ wineries and winemakers featured at the Grand Tastings and immerse yourself in the world of wine with expertly paired meals, hikes, lifestyle events, and more. To wrap up the month, Park City’s Howl-o-Ween celebration will be held from 3:00-6:00 pm on Tuesday, October 31st. This event brings the community together, in costume, for trick-or-treating on historic Main Street with our favorite four-legged friends. After polishing off your Halloween candy, it’s time to pull out your ski and snowboard gear and get ready for the season! The resorts have not announced their winter 2023-2024 opening dates yet, but Park City Mountain typically opens in the second or third week in November, and Deer Valley Resort typically opens the first weekend in December.
