Pride Journey Summer Getaway: Las Vegas

AREA15, the world’s first experiential entertainment complex  built to be an immersive playground and all-in-one spectacular space is already enthralling guests. Mesmerizing zones feature engaging activations and rides, monumental art installations, unique retail, with bars and eateries around every corner. One of the most-anticipated installations – Omega Mart – is now open. The Santa Fe-based arts and entertainment company Meow Wolf opened the one-of-a-kind supermarket store experience and portal to the otherworldly that acts as the anchor experience at AREA15.

Internationally renowned Swiss artist Ugo Rondinone’s Seven Magic Mountains is a large-scale site-specific public art installation located near Jean Dry Lake and Interstate 15, approximately ten miles south of Las Vegas, Nevada. Comprised of seven towers of colorful, stacked boulders standing more than thirty feet high, Seven Magic Mountains is situated within the Ivanpah Valley adjacent to Sheep Mountain and the McCullough, Bird Spring, and Goodsprings ranges of mountains. A creative expression of human presence in the desert, Seven Magic Mountains punctuates the Mojave with a poetic burst of form and color.

Las Vegas’ longest running LGBT pool party, Temptation Sundays at Luxor Hotel and Casino, delivers the summer’s hottest soundtracks by famed DJs, specialty cocktails and more. This sexy poolside party takes place every Sunday beginning in May.

Circa Las Vegas, the adults-only, integrated gaming resort in downtown Las Vegas, opened its doors December 2020. For outdoor fun, visitors can check out the country’s largest pool destination for sports lovers, Stadium Swim. Housing six temperature-controlled pools, two swim-up bars, and a 143-foot diagonal, 14-million-megapixel LED screen, the pool amphitheater gives fans a next-level space to cheer on their favorite team. Guests can relax and watch the games from an assortment of poolside lounge areas, including 30 cabanas and super cabanas hosting up to 25 guests at a time.
