What's New in Curaçao?

Set to be the largest property on the most Dutch Caribbean island of Curaçao, Corendon Mangrove Beach Resort is an all-inclusive resort that opened phase one in July 2020 with 399 rooms. Offering no shortage of premium amenities, the expansive, open-air resort includes two silent pools, a primary oceanfront pool adjacent to the beach, and eventually, a lazy river and suites with private plunge pools. Perhaps the coolest amenity, however, is the six-slide Aqua Park. This on-property oasis is a family favorite with its twisty Free Fall, Aquatube, Blackhole, rafting slides and more. Towering over the park is the Cobra King waterslide, which spins riders around and forces them to hold on tight as they shoot out of the mouth of a king cobra on a wild descent. The park is open daily from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m., and includes tables for guests to bring food from one of the resort’s seven food and beverage outlets including Breeze, Dushi Sushi Club, Coco Pool Bar, Flamingo Beach Bar, and more.
